How it works

Food discovery that starts with what looks good.

Tucked turns nearby dishes, kitchens and recipes into one visual place to explore—then gives you the practical details to act on a find.

01 · DISCOVER

Browse the grid

Open Tucked and explore food photos, kitchens and recipes. Location helps surface nearby results only after you choose to share it.

02 · DECIDE

Check the details

See current menu items, listed prices, preparation estimates and the service modes each kitchen publishes.

03 · KEEP

Save or order

Create an account to save kitchens, collect recipes, message sellers and place supported orders.

What happens along the way

Browse first. Sign in when it becomes personal.

Public discovery pages are available without an account. Tucked asks you to sign in only when an action needs to sync across devices or connect you with a kitchen.

Location is optional

Share it only when you want nearby results. Browsing still works without location access.

Availability stays specific

Pickup, delivery, dine-in, payment and preparation details appear only when a kitchen publishes them.

Private actions stay in the app

Saved items, messages, orders, payments and account settings are handled inside the web application.

Home addresses stay protected

Public home-kitchen pages use a general area rather than residential unit numbers or exact coordinates.

For home cooks and independent kitchens

Tucked gives eligible published dishes and menus a public page while keeping seller tools, order operations and private account information inside the web app. Each seller remains in control of what is offered and how customers can receive it.

Tucked FAQs

The details, clearly answered.

Everything worth knowing before you browse, save or order through Tucked.

Exploring Tucked

Can I browse Tucked without creating an account?

Yes. You can explore the web grid and public kitchen, menu and recipe pages without an account. Sign in is needed only when an action must be saved or connected to you.

Where is Tucked available?

Tucked is focused on Singapore for this release. Public pages are generated only for eligible Singapore kitchens and published recipes.

Do I have to share my location?

No. Location is optional. If you choose to share it, Tucked can organise discoveries around what is nearby. You can still browse without granting location access.

Why might the public directory and the web app look different?

The web app carries the latest live discovery experience. Search-friendly public pages are refreshed on a schedule, so newly published or removed listings can take up to a day to appear there.

Menus, ordering and service

Does every kitchen offer delivery?

No. Each kitchen chooses its own service modes. Tucked shows pickup, delivery or dine-in only when the kitchen has made that option available.

How do I place an order?

Open an available dish or kitchen in the web app and follow the ordering flow shown there. You will be asked to sign in before an order or conversation is connected to your account.

Are prices and preparation times guaranteed?

Pages show the information currently published by the kitchen. Availability, preparation estimates, prices and service modes can change, so check the live listing before ordering.

Can I save something without ordering it?

Yes. A signed-in account can save kitchens, dishes and recipes for later, even when you are not ready to order.

Accounts, trust and privacy

What requires an account?

Personal actions such as saving, messaging, ordering and managing seller tools require an account. Public browsing does not.

Does Tucked publish a home cook’s exact address?

No. Public home-kitchen pages use a general Singapore area and exclude residential unit numbers and exact coordinates. A full address is shown publicly only for an appropriate customer-facing business location.

Are ratings, reviews and verification badges real?

They appear only when the underlying Tucked record supports them. Tucked does not add placeholder ratings, invented reviews or unsupported trust claims.

Is analytics optional?

Yes. Marketing-site analytics loads only after you choose to allow it. You can continue using the site after selecting “Not now”.

Devices and apps

Can I use Tucked on my phone today?

Yes. The web app works in modern iPhone and Android browsers, as well as on desktop.

Are the iPhone and Android apps available?

Not yet. Tucked will add official store links only after the native listings are ready. Until then, every device is directed to the working web app.

Will Tucked force me into an app-store redirect?

No. The website stays usable on every supported device, and there are no placeholder App Store or Google Play links.
